Danfoss ball stop valves, type GBC, are shut-off valves for both flow directions which can be operated manually. GBC valves are used in fluid, intake and hot gas lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Seat and seal of the GBC vales ensure an excellent seal. The ball stop valves provide maximum throughput when fully open. They are designed for use with a wide range of temperatures. The single-piece protective caps on the GBC valves can be sealed to prevent unauthorised access to the refrigeration system. The housing design and the choice of sealing materials allows for high operating pressures when using refrigerants such as R410A or CO2.
